While most group tours of Europe rush through Luxembourg in a day or two, the goal of Luxembourg Legacy Tours is to provide tour participants with a comprehensive immersion into the past and present culture, history, food and drink, traditions, and natural beauty of the world’s only Grand Duchy.
RECLAIM YOUR HERITAGE
For those of Luxembourg descent, our tours will help you understand and appreciate your unique heritage. We normally include a special Free Day/Family Day in which Kevin coordinates visits to ancestral villages, giving you the opportunity to delve into your family history and genealogy. Some tour participants are able to visit ancestral homes and even meet distant relatives still living in Luxembourg. Family Day is always filled with unexpected surprises!
BECOME A CITIZEN
Each of our tours affords participants the opportunity to present their applications for Luxembourg dual citizenship or to apply for a Luxembourg passport and ID card. We will personally accompany you as you present your application or apply for a passport or ID card.

LET’S CELEBRATE
Luxembourg Legacy Tours are often planned around special celebrations or holidays in Luxembourg, including regional wine festivals, Luxembourg National Day, US Memorial Day, UNESCO-listed Spring Dancing Procession, Schueberfouer (Fall Festival), and Oktav of Our Lady of Luxembourg. Attending a special event in Luxembourg can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
EXTRA ADVENTURES
Most of our tours also include day excursions to special sites in the region surrounding Luxembourg, including Belgium, Germany and/or France to provide a little flavor of the culture of Luxembourg’s neighbors.
Our tours require average to above-average mobility since there is plenty of walking each day. Participants always have the opportunity to bow out of any tour activity.

2025 Tour
In 2025, we took a special group of 68 Luxembourg Americans to participate in the 400th Jubilee of Our Lady of Luxembourg at the invitation of Luxembourg Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich (most of our tours are limited to 38 participants). Click the photo to see more from 2025!

2026 Spring Dancing Procession in Echternach Tour – SOLD OUT!
Our group will also participate in the Spring Dancing Procession in Echternach, Luxembourg’s oldest town. The Spring Dancing Procession celebrates St. Willibrord and is a UNESCO-listed world heritage and cultural event. This tour is an immersion into Luxembourg heritage, culture and culinary life and will be the experience of a lifetime!
