One of the absolute best views of Old Luxembourg City is offered at the L Observatoire bar on the eighth floor of the Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal hotel, located at 40 Boulevard d’Avranches. This sophisticated bar has a wonderful selection of drinks and appetizers, and while you might find it to be a bit pricey, the breathtaking view it offers of Old Luxembourg City definitely make it worth a visit.
